This policy explains what information GeoRankRadar collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using GeoRankRadar you agree to the practices described below.
Who we are
GeoRankRadar (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-visibility tracking service that measures how your brand appears across AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others. You can reach us at support@georankradar.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Content you provide — the brands, websites, competitors and prompts you choose to track.
- Scan results — the AI answers we generate for your prompts and the metrics derived from them (mentions, citations, share-of-voice, GEO Score).
- Usage and device data — basic logs, IP address and browser information used to operate and secure the service.
- Payment information — if you subscribe, billing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
How we use your information
- To provide the service — run scans, calculate your scores and show your dashboard and reports.
- To send you product and report emails you have opted into.
- To secure, maintain and improve the service and prevent abuse.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
AI providers and third parties
To produce your results we send the prompts you configure to third-party AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity). We do not sell your personal data. We rely on trusted providers to run GeoRankRadar:
- Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Google — optional sign-in (OAuth); we receive only your email, name and profile picture.
- AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and similar) — to generate the answers we analyze.
- Email and payment providers — to deliver reports and process subscriptions.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your light/dark theme. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.
Data retention and security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing support@georankradar.com. We will delete your data on request, subject to legal obligations.
Children
GeoRankRadar is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
